Hope House Reservation Procedures

View Hope House Availability

• Reservations may be made at Hope House through the Patient Counselor.
  Donated funds are guided by the Board of Directors and the Patient Counselor.
  All requests must be approved by the patient counselor before payment or services are made.
• Requests are assessed individually and for patients undergoing treatment
  at either cancer center.
• Patients and families may reimburse the Gifts of Hope, Inc. if they choose,
  however, this is not expected. The reimbursement will be assessed
  as a donation.
• Donations will not be used for premiums, co-pays (except on medications),
  or bills to the cancer center.
• Community Resources will be referred to the patient and family as well.
• If the patient Counselor is out of the contact area, the Practice Administrator
  may authorize use of the Gifts of Hope, Inc. fund according to the policy and procedures outlined above.
